Refund policy

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If there is an issue with the order you have received, please provide a clear photo of the unit(s) received and a description of the issue. You will be responsible for return shipping fees, and please make sure to include your original receipt. Contact shop@bodyblitzspa.com for all return inquiries.

Returns must be received within 45 days from the date of purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
